Carpal Tunnel: Worth It?

I'm a software engineer. I spend a good deal of time sitting at a computer and typing. I feel that I'm pretty up-to-date on the sorts of damage that can be done by a substandard keyboard, no wrist-rest, incorrect posture/style, etc. However, this does not look like something I'd be likely to buy any time soon.

I only put this on here because of the rash of ridiculously overpriced keyboards that I've seen lately from various sources.

If I were to blow more than, say, $20 on a keyboard, I would be more likely to choose this one. There are two very good reasons for this:

1) It wouldn't cost me $500, and
2) It would enable me to say that I was a 1337 h4X0rz!
